Refund Policy

At Saint’s Coaching, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible online community and course platform experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, which is why we have established a clear and fair refund and returns policy.

All sales of the online community ‘Saints Coaching Plus’ (SC+) are final unless the conditions of our ‘Pass English ATAR Guarantee’ are met.

The ‘Pass English ATAR Guarantee’ entitles customers who meet the following conditions to a refund equivalent to the total price they paid for SC+ and the cost of the Written English component of the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (the STAT):

  • The student is a Year 12 student in Western Australia, enrolled in English ATAR; and

  • The student/parent/guardian (Customer) provides evidence that the student completed every English ATAR assessment administered by their school; and

  • The Customer provides evidence that the student completed the English ATAR WACE exam; and

  • The Customer provides evidence that the student is eligible to sit the STAT; and

    Note: if the student is ineligible to sit the STAT, the Customer is not entitled to receive a monetary sum equivalent to the price of the STAT. If the student is ineligible to sit the STAT, the maximum monetary sum the Customer may receive is the price the Customer paid for SC+.

  • The student watches every lesson in every module of the English ATAR Made Simple (EAMS) course in its entirety; and

  • The Customer provides a copy of the student’s ATAR report, which stipulates that the student achieved a scaled score in English ATAR of less than 50; and

  • The Customer provides evidence that the student completed and followed the instructions for every activity in EAMS in its entirety. This will require, inter alia, the Customer to:

    • send a copy of the student’s completed Goal & Habit Contract; and
    • send copies of the student’s completed activities for each lesson in Modules 1-2; and
    • provide evidence that the student revised their Language Features Flashcards (physical or digital) on a recurring basis up until the WACE exam; and
    • send scanned copies of the student’s handwritten completed activities for each lesson in Modules 3-6.

    Note: determining whether a given activity has been completed sufficiently in accordance with the relevant instructions is at the discretion of Saint’s Coaching.

To request a refund under the ‘Pass English ATAR Guarantee’, the Customer must email learn@saintscoaching.com.au with the subject line ‘REFUND REQUEST’ within two weeks of ATAR results being released and provide evidence of each preceding condition.

Please note that refunds can only be processed after our team has received and reviewed all required evidence. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

We also reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
